Battery and power guidance

Use only an authentic, undamaged high-drain 18650 or 21700 battery that is suitable for the selected wattage. The battery must be purchased separately. For routine charging, an appropriate external battery charger is preferable; inspect the battery wrap regularly and never carry a loose cell with metal objects.

The device automatically changes its available maximum according to the installed battery format. Start a new coil at the lowest end of its printed wattage range and increase gradually. Browse replacement coils and use a lower-nicotine, high-VG e-liquid for the supplied DTL setup.

Tank and stock-specific contents

SMOK's current Fortis documentation is commonly paired with the TFV18 Mini tank, while this Isle of Vapes stock record identifies a 2ml TFV Mini V2 tank with two 0.15Ω Mini V2 S1 mesh coils. The description therefore preserves the exact stock record and avoids claiming wider coil compatibility. Check the tank and coil name printed on your hardware before ordering replacements.

Filling and coil preparation

Open the tank's top-fill mechanism, add e-liquid without pouring it into the central airflow and close it securely. After fitting a new coil, saturate the exposed cotton with a few drops of e-liquid, fill the tank and wait several minutes before firing. Keep the adjustable airflow open enough for the selected power to prevent the coil from overheating.
