This policy explains our UK delivery options, dispatch times, coverage areas and what to expect when your order arrives.

Delivery Options

• Standard Delivery — 2–3 working days. Free on orders over £20.
• Express Delivery — 1 working day. Free on orders over £40.
• Next Day Delivery — order before 2pm for next day delivery. Free on orders over £60.
• DPD Pickup — delivered to your nearest DPD pickup shop. Free on orders over £20.

Order Cut-Off Times

• Monday – Friday: order by 2pm for same day dispatch.
• Saturday: order by 2pm for same day dispatch.
• Sunday: no dispatch.

Bank holidays and extreme weather may affect delivery times.

Where We Deliver

We deliver across the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey) and the Isle of Man. Delivery times and costs may vary slightly for these regions due to higher courier costs.

Age Verification & ID

All orders are age verified and you must be 18 or over to purchase from Isle of Vapes. Your order may be delayed if we are unable to verify your age automatically, and you may be asked for valid photo ID upon delivery.

Packaging

All orders are packed in plain, discreet packaging. Battery-powered devices are packaged securely for safe transit, in line with UK courier safety regulations.

Missed Deliveries

If you're not in, your order may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, or the courier will attempt redelivery. You'll receive tracking updates by email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
