Which resistance should I choose?

Choose 0.6Ω for a warmer restricted-direct-to-lung (RDTL) draw or 0.8Ω for a tighter mouth-to-lung (MTL) vape. Use the device manufacturer’s supported power range and adjust airflow gradually rather than treating resistance alone as a complete guide to vaping style.

E-liquid and filling

A balanced 50VG/50PG e-liquid is a reliable starting point for both options. Higher nicotine strengths are normally better suited to the tighter, lower-powered setup; lower strengths may be more comfortable with the airier 0.6Ω pod. Browse nic salt e-liquids.

Open the fill seal, add suitable e-liquid without overfilling, reseal the pod and wait several minutes for the coil to saturate before vaping. Replace the complete pod when flavour or vapour noticeably declines or a persistent burnt taste develops.
