Coil and e-liquid choice

Use the exact Aspire clearomiser BVC coil specified for the CE5-S rather than a Nautilus BVC or another similarly named Aspire coil. The coils and cartridges collection can help locate replacements, but compatibility must be checked by product name.

A balanced 50VG/50PG liquid is the safest general starting point for this older lower-power clearomiser design. Very thick high-VG liquid may wick too slowly.

Filling and maintenance

Unscrew the appropriate tank section as shown in the product manual, fill down the side and keep liquid out of the central airflow tube. Reassemble without overtightening.

Prime a fresh coil before use and replace it when the flavour becomes muted or burnt. The metal sleeve protects the chamber from minor knocks but does not make the tank impact-proof.
